Invert a Validation Expression

Use the General tab in the Validation Rule Editor to specify to invert a validation expression.

To invert a validation expression

1. ClickValidation Rules on the Model menu.

   The Validation Rule Editor opens.

2. Select the validation rule in the Navigation Grid for which you want to invert the validation expression.
3. Click the General tab and select the Invert Expression check box.
4. Click Close.

   The validation expression inversion setting is saved and the Validation Rule Editor closes.
